How do I cancel my membership?

If you decide that the Bridging Literacy Community is not the right fit for your needs or teaching style, you may cancel your membership at any time.

All memberships will renew automatically based on your subscription plan and the date you joined. As there is no contract associated with your membership, you are free to cancel at any time.

If you choose to cancel, you will no longer have access to the materials provided to you from Bridging Literacy LLC. Please be sure to cancel your subscription at least two (2) business days prior to your subscription renewal date. This will ensure you have ample time to download your content.

Once you have canceled, you will maintain access to your library until the end of your current billing cycle. After your billing cycle ends, you will no longer have access to any of the content within the Bridging Literacy Community.

If you are canceling your Bridging Literacy Community Membership, but are also a Writing Bridge Member, your cancellation terms are as follows:

When you choose to cancel, you will no longer have access to the monthly content that is exclusive to the Bridging Literacy Community provided to you by Bridging Literacy LLC after your current billing cycle ends. You will, however, maintain access to your library which contains access to the Writing Bridge. If you choose to cancel, you will no longer have access to the materials provided to you from Bridging Literacy LLC. How do I update my billing information?

If you pay your subscription with a credit card, please follow the instruction below to update your billing information.

If you pay for your subscription through PayPal, you will need to update your Paypal account information through PayPal.

To update your billing information please complete the following:

Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard (clicking on your image).
Locate your Account Settings.
Select Billing

Can I suspend/ pause my membership?

Unfortunately, we cannot suspend or pause your membership. If you are unable to make your monthly subscription payment for any reason, you can cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel your membership, you are welcome to rejoin during any of our open enrollment periods at the current rate of membership (you will lose your current pricing). Once you rejoin, you’ll be able to access your resources from your previous membership!

I'd like to upgrade to a yearly membership. How do I do that?

We are stoked that you want to stay with us! You can certainly upgrade your membership at any time to a yearly subscription to save on your monthly subscription and lock-in at that price.

Upgrading is simple. Please send us an email at [email protected] and our team will help support you in this process.

My school would like to pay for my membership? How do I set this up?

If your district/ school is purchasing the license for you, we’re required to provide a transferable license. These licenses are available on an annual basis and are owned by the district. They can be transferred to another teacher for any reason during the school year for which they are purchased. We offer a discount for districts that purchase 5 or more licenses for any one program. If a transferable license is not needed, many teachers use the receipt of the personal purchase to get reimbursed by their district.
