BLC QUESTIONS

If you decide  that the Bridging Literacy Community is not the right fit for your needs or teaching style, you may cancel your membership at any time. 

All memberships will renew automatically based on your subscription plan. As there is no contract associated with your membership, you are free to cancel at any time.

If you choose to cancel, you will no longer have access to the materials provided to you from Bridging Literacy LLC. Please be sure to cancel your subscription at least two (2) business days prior to your subscription renewal date. This will ensure you have ample time to download your content.

Once you have canceled, you will maintain access to the library until the end of your current billing cycle. After your billing cycle ends, you will no longer have access to the library nor any content within the Bridging Literacy Community.

When you log in, you will see your library of resources. Within the Bridging Literacy Community, on the left hand side you will find a double arrow tab to open the side menu. 

There, you can use the search bar to enter keywords and search for specific items.

There are several reasons for why you may not be receiving your weekly emails. The simplest is that you may not have subscribed to our emails when you signed up for the membership. To correct this, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Go to your settings by clicking on your avatar (picture) in the upper right corner of the page
• Step 2: Select settings
• Step 3: Scroll down part way and turn on the buttons for the notifications through email.

Another reason may be because your email provider is hiding our emails in your Spam Folder or if you’re using a Gmail address, in your Promotions Folder. Please search Bridging Literacy Community or search keywords [BL Teacher] to identify our emails. We send emails every Sunday with new additions, reminders and additional announcements. 

If you’re using a school email address, it’s possible that your school firewall is blocking the emails from coming through. Please try adding “[email protected]” to your school address book, contacting your IT department, or contacting us via email to use a personal email address instead.
